Agree entirely gentlemen. If he doesn't pay let's hope criminal proceedings are pursued.

Sleaze balls like him always seem to get off scot free whilst the people he has defrauded suffer. Something needs to be done to ring-fence pension schemes, and properly this time.  >:(
