I decided to take the Norton out for a short run this morning - only 10 miles or so around the Worcs / Warks lane (and to buy a small battery which was my excuse). Started first kick and ran like a bird - doing 65 at the top of Gorcott Hill on the A435 for those that know it.
Lovely to feel the wind and hear the mighty Norton running again.

Excellent! Glad you enjoyed the thrill of the Norton so much.

Sounds like absence has made both your hearts grow fonder! ?? Obviously made for eachother...

Very nice Ian, I can just hear the blat! ;D
Good health, Bill

My Jawa's can only just manage that Ian, and they're a bit younger (though perhaps no more modern) than the Norton!

Oh well done Bill! The gradient only really starts where the dual carriageway starts ie at around 1/3 the way in.
