Sperrins Run - variations on a theme
« on: September 14, 2019, 11:21:50 PM »
Ronnie, Chris, Pete and myself had one of our occasional ambles getting lost around the Sperrins and very enjoyable it was too. Usually involves brunch in Slims Café, a tea / coffee / traybake stop or two and a pint in The Shepherd's Rest to round the day off. Think of "Last of the Summer Wine" on motorbikes without the sensible conversation! A chance to give the (non-British) parallel twins run out. Ronnie well impressed with his new Interceptor. Stopped in a garage on the way home and bumped into Dunadry Dave on his lovely Norton ES2, one of those bikes that he put together that just looks "right". To say its LOUD would be an understatement.

Regards
