Yep. You've been reading my mind, as I just logged on to post the for the very same reason.  Myself, Guzzi Steve, and Geordie are definitely going. As in, applied for tkts  :)

Do they still do day tickets?  I aren't doing camping and not knowing where it is makes booking anywhere a last minute rush.

You just have to buy a twenty five quid ticket regardless of whether you will camp or not.  A lot buy a ticket, turn up and collect their badge and goody bag, have a nosey around and then head off to B&Bs in Betws-y-Coed without camping.  They had a longer ride than they expected last year though!

This will only be my third year, but in a row, so I must like something about it  ;)
Off to the Irish Sidecar Owners Club winter rally next weekend.

Sorry to be a let down after being so excited, but although I will be attending the Dragon this year I won't be camping. I am going for the soft option of staying in a Premier Inn. After years of camping I have finally admitted to myself that I have too many old injuries that prevent me from enjoying it anymore.

I don't mind, after all I used to shit in a nappy and I don't miss that!

Nothing finalised yet, but I hope to stay in YHA Conway on the Friday, so I can dander down the hill for a few pints in the Albion  :)

Yep, no luck with Youth Hostel, so tried Sam at Platts Farm for bunkhouse. Fully booked as well! Bugger! However she has put us in the apartment which sleeps three, at £51 total. So works out OK for myself, Guzzi Steve, and Geordie. There is also plenty of camping too  ;)

Hi folks. Ferries booked, so who else is going to the Dragon? Myself and Guzzi Steve now have a spare ticket, plus a bed on the Friday night in the apartment at Platts Farm, Llanfairfechan. PM if you are interested 😉
