This had me thinking back trying to remember what these looked like, I must have seen dozens of the things over the years, and I seem to remember two different types but not with big differences. The backs I think were quite chunky, very rounded and I guess the chances of finding anything exactly like them outside some nos somewhere is pretty slim. I think either of those pictured will be about as close as you can get, the wemoto ones likely the closest.
