Don't worry it wasn't taken as nasty ?
As I said I've never run in a motor before ,
I'll try doing it later in the evening less traffic and not so much stop start.
I only did 37 miles ,hopefully add to this over the weekend after an oil and filter change.
Any advice on running it in is welcome
Once it's run in I'll start on the next one....................
