depends what you are trying to achieve. i imagine any small suzuki wheel will be able to be made to fit without too much effort.

TS125/185/250? they would probably fit though you might have to play around to get the suspension/ drive line clearences right.  Maybe even a GS125 would do - the GN isn't very big for a 250 in fact I think the GN125 rolling chassis is virtually the same. The 16"x 5" rear tyres for the GN are hard to find and expensive - I used a 3.50  on mine and changed the gearing to compensate which was easier/cheaper . My GN always seemed to eat whatever tyres I put on it - not through excessive speed or power!! - I often wondered if the 16" wheel was the culprit.

this is the type of wheel i am looking for, possibly gs 125 ? 550 ?  as above,  16" tyres are harder to get whereas an 18" gives more variety

this bike was for sale up a gumtree about a year ago, think it had gs125 tank/panels...

right, snowflake spoke pattern but with a drum brake as opposed to a disk. gs125 runs iirc an 18 inch rear snowflake with a drum, prettty cheap to come by. also, iirc the older gsx250/400 twins had a similar setup. i once had a gn400 single that had the back wheel collapse, broken spokes, cos i was pulling a sidecar with it and it couldnt hack the side loadings, so i fitted a gsx400 rear wheel, as i recall it was just a matter of changine a wheel bearing to make it fit on the gn spindle. if it were a disk rear that you wanted, ive literally got a pile of snowflake pattern gs and gsx rears in 18 and 17 inch sizes, drum rears are a bit trickier to source, but i think that gs125 will be ok. that bike pictured also has a gs125 tank and sidepanels fitted so its a fair assumption that its owner bought a complete bike to build it up, and used the wheels too.

I think the Suzuki X5 and X7 had these wheels too, not sure of size though?  :-\
