I'm planning to stay at Conway YHA on the Sunday night, so I can get 9am ferry back to Dublin on Monday morning, and ride home in daylight. They have four bed dorms, £15 pppn for non members, and £12 pppn for YHA members. OK, the real reason, is that CAMRA North Wales pub of the year, the Albion, is just down the street 

Food for thought.  That is a great pub Tim, you will love it, but I see you missing your ferry, one of my favourites and dog friendly too.
