XBR sub rocker arm shaft seal
« on: August 11, 2016, 10:20:22 AM »
Looks like I'm losing oil from the rear left. I'd like to torque up the shaft against it's sealing washer first, but my 6mm allen key only goes a little way in, so I guess the shaft's  head has been mullered somewhat.
Can I try to take this shaft out without removing the cover first, or will it's sub rocker arm drop/move? Thanks, Matt.

Doh! Try withdrawing the shaft first. If it's sub rocker drops, it won't relocate and then the cover will have to come off. You doughnut, Matt!
