my enfiled doesn't have a front brake light switch.
It didn't need one for the MOT two years ago, then last year it did need one, and now the tester says the law has changed so you only need one brake light switch.
Also it doesn't matter if its front or back.
Ring the test centre before to check. If they say it does then try ringing another. Is it me or do they seem to make it up as they go along?

Has often confused me - that in normal road riding most of the work is done by the front brake - to a point on some bikes that I have not used the back - but then on many budget 70's 80's and even modern ones (90's on) the only switch is on the back brake - guess this may be because - as far as I remember - the only brake yu HAVE to have fitted in the States is a rear.  Have been a fan of aftermarket, or bodged on from a breakers - front switches - afterall I do like the buerk behind me in the repmobilke to at least be given a clue about me stopping.
