Is there an adaption I can fit to my XBR to bring the handlebars into a raised, horizontal position?
Regards, Kelly.

CBX550 bars go straight on and give a decent lift. You can use all the standard cables too apart from the choke.

Thanks for the info. Do you know which choke cable fits with this modification?

Hi
For interest LSL make a conversion kit - it's quite expensive but really nicely made (it was already fitted to my bike when I bought it). I think the clutch cable needs to be longer.
They are on this website:
http://www.motorcycle-road-and-race.co.uk/catalog/lsl-bar-conversion-kit-honda-xbr-500-all-p-402484.html
Bars aren't included in the kit.
