hi i have fitted hagon fork springs to my xbr.you remove the spacer tube on top of the honda springs but the hagons dont seem to  softer anybody have this trouble with them thanks .........tommy

Yep! exactly the same with me. If you take the spacers out as instructed the forks are far to soggy and soft, if you manage to force the spacer in on top of the spring without losing an eye the forks are like 2 solid tubes!!

I made some half length spacers which worked to a point but even with these I found there was an initial 'sag' when you got on the bike.  I never really got on with them and replaced them with the originals ( which were OK, I was just'uprating' the forks) which seem to be far better.  Not sure why this is, the XBR forks have never changed as far as I know yet other folks think the Hagon's are great. :-\

yeah i think i will put the honda springs back in ...tommy
