oil control ring

does anyone know or heard of the oil control ring on an srx400 and if so whereabouts is it...guy at an engineering firm thinks it might be causing the excessive smoking on my 400 but ive never heard of it...many thanks

I've always been wary of using my toys as tools, I'd be worried that they would lose their appeal if used for more mundane purposes  ;) :D :D

It's just a shame there isn't a small gasometer next to my house, I could have supplied the winter's fuel requirements by now  :)

I'll be keeping all my water in Wales, we're having trouble too.

Carmarthenshire is especially badly hit and (from the BBC): "In the latest incident, Dwr Cymru Welsh Water said customers in Rhayader, Powys, lost tap water."

It must be really galling for the folks in Rhayader, they live next to at least three massive reserviors that supply water for the (English) Midlands only
