No Probs Rob !
As I was sending off....thought it polite to ask if you required one.
Have been exceedingly pre-occupied with other matters, but will be going to this one.

Same here. Wrote the SAE's, found the cheque book, enquired if I should be buying two tickets, was told to do something biologically unlikely and almost certainly painful with a large piece super cooled of camping gear  :o

Anyone fancy a bit of camping on the Friday night somehwere?

Sent off for my ticket today.  Was thinking about taking Oldest Child but have decided against.  He is a bit fond of his creature comforts.

<ticket now here>  Looking forward rather a lot after a ******* year.

There's something a little unsettling about this quote next to that picture...

My provisional Dragon plans are to stay in Rhayader (half-way) on Thursday for a good beer and karaoke session in the Castle Hotel. Friday - breakfast in the Dolwen garage cafe and a leisurely ride to the bunkhouse near Llanberis. Saturday - Rally, Sunday - mad dash back to South Wales.

So far I have been unable to locate a cheap C90 Dragon bike so that plan is looking a little doomed. There's still time though  ;)

I've stopped here in the past, you could give them a try http://www.thevagabond.co.uk/index.html

Not stopping there this year, and no I haven't booked the Glan Aber.

My tickets have arrived :-)

The envelope has been ripped open at some point but luckily the tickets are all still in there. The thieving git that decided to look inside must have not wanted to go to the Dragon. It's not the first time that I have had mail ''interfered'' with.

In the early days of the club we found that anything that looked like a parcel posted to members in London nearly always ended up missing or damaged.

One time we used a posting method for the newsletter that was suggested by a club member who regularly received another club's newsletter sellotaped together with the address printed on the back page. i.e. no envelope. To read the newsletter all you had to do was slice the sellotape. We tried this and it did save a lot of money on postage. However, nearly a third of them didn't arrive. It's tempting to think that Mr Postie took a shine to the magazine and kept it for himself.

Afternoon guys,

Any chances of adding me, my mate Phil and John to the list for the bunkhouse.  For you guys that attended my XT meet in Hay on Wye in May might remember Phil Honda CB900, John the 76 XT500 with his partner Nicky the welsh cake queen.

Phil has also seen the light and sold the CB and bought a Suzuki DR650 Djebel, so is now a real thumper fan.

Hope we can squeeze in

Will
