The rubber bit of my rear indicator on the xbr is broken- do new ones come with it or will I have to source it seperately?

Hi Dave,

I think I've got a spare pair of indicators somewhere in the garage. I will email you a picture once I've found them.

Thanks, it turns out one of the fronts is broken too, I only need the rubber bit if you want to keep the rest for spares?

Hi Dave, I have the rear indicators which I think are the same no matter what model you have. The fronts are a different matter, where the early models had indicators that wrapped around the forks. If you have the early model, I'm afraid mine went to Stevexbr. I do have front indicators for the later model though, where they attach to the headlight mounts - let me know if they are of use.

Keep an eye on ebay.de, as indicators regularly come up for sale there.

T.

Thanks, I have the wrap around ones on the front, but on mine the rubber bits are the same both front and back, so I'd definately be interested in the rear ones you've got- I only need the rubbers, so you could keep the indicators if you wanted to.

Hi Dave,

The rubber mounts for the indicators are available at lings.com for £21 each - gulp!! The part numbers begin 33691mk4. David Silver can order the complete indicators for around £38 each.

I've sent you an email with the spare indicators that I have - taken from the rear of an early model (xbr500g).

Cheers,
Tony
