Aye Michael,

If you would like to try a bought one rather than making your own, then I can thoroughly recommend the M&S 'Best Ever Steak Pie' for 2.  ;D  No cheap, but this is a handmade, Yorkshire quality steak pie, we are talking about here!  ;)

I washed my down with a bottle of Cornish 'Proper Job' IPA, but knowing theselves it'll be Theakstons et al!  ;)

Being a heathen there were no Yorkshire puddings wi' it, just stir fried carrots, parsnips, onion and sprouts, the latter are just magic (I wouldn't eat sprouts any other way now) and a bowl of crispy roast potatoes!  ;D

Get stuck in lad!

Aye Tommy,

Very sorry to read of a "bad accident". Hopefully, the bits fit back together in some sembalance of order and you can still start and get your leg over the stead?

Hope 2021 is a better year for you and yours,  Bill

Sorry to hear about you’re accident Tommy, having had an extremely bad one 5 years ago I feel your pain. Just stick with it mate and hopefully you’ll be back in the saddle (song in there somewhere) before you know it. Oh and if you’re having any physio... please, please do as you’re told and do the exercises. Trust me on this one, it’ll pay in back in spades.
Best of luck with your recovery 🤞🤞
Cheers Michael

Aye Tommy, pleased that you are doing the physio as per instructions. Whilst, I was walking that wasn't sufficient, it was the little repetitive movements using a tension band that made a big difference. Three years down the line I can still kick a recalcitrant Ducati 450 over for 30 minutes and whilst breaking a sweat, I can still keep kicking it over.  ;D  Titanium pins are magic! ;)

The only bu88er is that the opposite knee is just wearing out and no amount of physio will rectify that. Just plenty of my favourite oily fish, fresh mackeral and herring whenever I can get them.

Keep at it! Bill

Hi guys

Just to echo what Michael and Bill have said really, sorry to hear about your accident but physio really is a good investment in the future. I thought at one time that my shoulder would prevent me riding for much longer but physio saved the day.

Good luck and see you around.

Ian
