HONDA H100 TIDDLER PROJECT
« on: April 01, 2020, 04:50:36 PM »
Having no much else better to do today I took the top end of my new project down. Well I thought the compression was low and I know some two strokes don't have much compression but what I found was quite a shock. Not even piston broke but NO PISTON at all! Just a plastic aerosol can top to stop the conrod flailing around in the bore. As it's a project you do expect to find strange things but I've never come across this one in my many years of biking.Fortunately parts for these are cheap and plentiful and I intended to do a full engine strip and rebuild of the top and bottom ends.

Absolutely no offence taken Michael-it's quite funny isn't it and a bit of light relief in the present circumstances.........More important things to worry about for a lot of people.
