My XBR comes off the road at the end of the month, Im hoping to get one or two rides in weather dependant. I have been really impressed by the reliability, I managed the speed and power last year no problem but got let down by pipes blowing off and air leaks into the plenum. I had 1 niggle early in this seasons ride with high to unbelievably high fuel consumption figures but that has been sorted, I now get around 38 to the gallon riding normally. Racked up almost 1500 miles not much by some of your standards but I can only go out when my wife is well enough. Only one major job to do this winter is to get the fork legs rechromed, Im still thinking about putting a belly pan on it, a job I was going to do last year but ran out of time and money.
