XBR Handle bars
« on: April 15, 2016, 07:24:07 PM »
Here we go.... when the GB was packed, the handle bars were slackened and turned inwards. When I turned them back to where they should be I noticed two sprung ring things were hanging on the bike, to be fitted. On the top of the forks (just above the clip-ons) are two grooves (from memory) which these clips just slide into nicely. What are they for? Is it to stop the bars lifting? Have I fitted them right? I nipped the bars up in position, and these clips are just above them?? Thanks  ;)

Yes, that's where they fit. I've seen XBRs with them on and some without. I think they are just there to line up the forks properly  :-\
