my replacement rubber manifold arrived this morning from china (aliexpress) the old one that came off was completely perished and bodged up with silicon and screws, my question is should there be an additional metal manifold spacer betewen the rubber and the head ? or is it ok to have it rubber to metal ? there was a metal spacer behind the knackered old one but it doesn`t look to be factory, does anyone have one they could look at to see if it should be there / please !
