If you've got all the bits and can measure the length accurately, you can do it yourself. I prefer silver solder for its strength, but plumbers' solder works fine if you're careful. You'll need paste flux and a good, hot gas torch. Get a 3/4" steel pipe cap and a nail. Drill a hole in the pipe cap slightly smaller than the nail, file a very slight taper on the pointy end of the nail and drive it in firmly. Cut the head off the nail. That will be clamped in your vise so the pipe cap is poised in the air. Heat it up and fill it with lead solder. Put a terminal on one end of the cable. Unwind the cable a little so the wires are a bit loose. I like to lay a bit of tinned copper wire in there to keep them apart. Move the terminal down so it jams on this wider bit. Heat the pot of solder, heat the terminal, stick the terminal in the flux, then in the molten metal. You should see solder wick up past the terminal. Assemble the fittings and sheath and do the other end.
