XBR neutral indicator switch

I wondered if anyone out there had changed the neutral indicator switch on the Honda XBR. The light on mine stays on all the time.
Not much is mentioned about it in the manual and it does look like an awful lot of motor bike has to be removed to get to it.

Not for a very long time, from what I recall its under the gearbox sprocket cover, you need to be careful when tightening the screw that holds the wire on as the end of the switch can break off quite easily.
