SRX is running, MOT'd and taxed. Why I have been dicking around with DR's and SZR's over the last few years is a mystery to me.
Two weeks late and scrappy bodywork, but there we go.

Well done Steve, I won't I'm glad my XT was nicked, 'cos it wouldn't be true, but it is great to be back on my SRX too. mart

And just to add, after 14 months I have finally finished my rebuild of a piece of crap SRX600 to a little chuffing beauty of a SRX600!
I have had endless agg over this, brakes useless, bolts sheering, engine refusing to start, carbs rebuilt and rebuilt again, electrics rewired... but after a respray, frame paint and hell of a lot of polishing, it started to look like a bike.
Onwards to last weekend
Looked almost finished...but.... it wouldn't bloody go properly and kept cutting out after a couple of seconds. I had ridden it breifly about five months ago, but now endless kicking and bump starting, nothing! Then yanking off the tank to find no petrol getting  through again!!! Then I noticed the problem..... no freaking petrol!!
I bunged half a gal in, and hey prseto! first kick!
I took it for ten mile test today, and aprt from feeling a little wobbly compared to my usual steed, it went bloody well!
MOT tomorrow! Wish me luck bioys and gals!
