Hi All,
A long and painful story today but swmbo needs the computer so it will be recounted another time(!)
I need to get the camchain off the sprocket (XBR500SJ) so I can finish taking the cylinder head off... I managed to get the cam out but can't get the tensioner to push back and now the chain is alongside the **** tensioner
I've popped the tensioning spring out but the thing still wont move back
so I still can't get the chain off the sprocket and until I do that I can't get the head off.
Any helpful tricks/tips??
