Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but there's a great little travel documentary about two youngsters hiring Bullets and riding them across Nepal. Search for 'Unknown Nepal' on Netflix. 👍

Yep. I just searched for motorcycle though, and it was in the list it gave me...
