Reminds me of that bloke that used to be in dads army who used to constantly say “we’re DOOMED I tell ya, DOOMED” 😉. It really has become like shooting fish in a barrel, easy pickings and a nice easy way to get a bit more coffers in their bank via fines. Sorry should have put this in the rants section 😉
