Aye AJ,
NO.

I am assuming that you are referring to the fuel tap attached to the frame on the left-hand side. Sounds like a 'JB Weld' or 'Araldite' repair.
JB Weld should be OK, if you don't prepare the area to be fixed with alcohol or something that leaves a petroleum residue. Once set, JB Weld resists ethanol and petrol, but if there are any residues it hampers the setting of JB Weld. The slow setting versions of these two adhesives are the ones to use, not the rapid setting versions.
You could try eBay on your side of the pond, or this lot number over here in UK: 323931403021
There is also the Japanese auction site 'Jauce'. Here in UK, costs including import duty etc are approximately 3 times the purchase price in JYen. Here is the link to the SRX600 fuel items available on Jauce today:
Jauce_SRX600_fuel_parts_2019-12-12I used 'Araldite' two pack on mine, cleaned and roughened it up with emery cloth, applied the 'Araldite' and left it to set on a warm radiator for 2 days. So far so good after 5 years use.
Good health, Bill
