hi i think im going mad had engine out and fixed everything else out cleaned repaired or replaced but for the life of me i can not get the throttle and cables to work reusing old cables since new ones were short! i turn the throttle sleeve but it turns the wrong way to open the throttle on the carb ! any help appreciated the manual is useless
