Panasonic telephone - not a thumper at all
« on: December 22, 2006, 01:30:11 PM »
Hi There

Before I thumper it - do any of you have a Panasonic kx-TCA DECT phone.  One of mine lost its charge and lost it ability to talk to the base station - I cannot get it to do anything.  I have lost my instructions.  Anyone have any suggestions - apart from smash it to little bits...

Try here http://www.panasonic.co.uk/customer-Support/download-centre.asp you didn't state your model.

Aye Rog,

I've just been into the site Paul gave without any problems.

http://www.panasonic.co.uk/customer-Support/download-centre.asp

If you can't get in, what model number do you have and then we might be able to get the appropriate *.pdf file?

The 'DECT' bit doesn't appear important. The first model number on the site is 'KXTCA120E' and the final is 'KXTCA151EX'. There is a couple of MEG in the main documents and the additional handsets appear to be about half a MEG maximum.

Hope you succeed.

Cheers, Bill

Thanks all

Have got it sorted and even managed to get the handset to talk to the BT box - now wife is really p1553d as she does not know what buttons to press - well I guess that will reduce the outgoing?
