diameter and length of the lever pivot for me please?

Hi mate, Pedal to pivot is 20cm (approx, by steel rule!).  Pivot to m/cyl clevis (towards the rear wheel) is about 5cm.

Or even a picture of how the lever locates on the frame would be appreciated.

The pivot goes thru the frame, secured with a big washer and split pin on the inside.  Crude but effective!

Cheers, andy
