which is the best solution to pitted forks....getting them hard chromed or buying new tubes both seem to cost about the same..any opinions most welcome.also do srx600 fork oil seals fit the 400 ?

Aye turpitz,
I've always gone the hard chrome route with HCP in Nottinghamshire ~£128-00 for the pair, but a good job and more durable than the polished chrome finish.
