The weather is great, the bike is running with no problems and has now done 6000 miles, I seem to be spending my evenings going from one pub bike meet to another, with my usual weekend New forest rides ( I now have nearest post codes on my youtube videos, so if any of you are down this way you can find all the interesting out of the way places ) I hope you are all enjoying your rides

Here on the east coast it's been bloody miserable, a biting NE wind and cloud.... until yesterday when it finally cheered up and by mid afternoon we finally got into the 20's ... just. didn't make my usual friday bike night due to prior commitments but will bimble up to the coast today and nip into norwich to pick up some parts for #10.

Sorry to hear about your bad weather, here in the south of England we havent had a drop of rain for 6 weeks and its been between 18 and 25 degrees

Just returned from Malvern (Worcs) area-torrential rain, floods and general mayhem like the 2007 was it floods? Fortunately we were in the car.

I must have jinxed things here, since writing that post it hasnt stopped raining for the last 12 hours, the garden is loving it though

I'm off to the Lake District on Tuesday for a couple of nights camping near Kendal so I hope some form of good weather stays next week. I returned from Coleshill to Nottingham yesterday as I had been helping a mate of mine doing a bit of painting for his mum. As I rode back along the A38 I was positively hot even whilst moving along at 60mph so I have certainly felt the good weather. No rain or storms as yet so fingers crossed.

Luckily Ian the forecast is looking excellent right through the whole of next week so fingers crossed you should be riding up to and around the lakes in glorious sunshine.
Sadly, my hay fever has kick in BIG time at the moment so having to restrict my radiation little bit. It just aggravates it’s while I’m out riding as all the pollen get rammed into my helmet causing me nothing but grief for at least two days later. BAD doo’s 😡🥲

Oooo that sounds nasty Michael. Its a shame no-one has invented a helmet with a built-in pollen filter. Maybe one day.
