Wynns Dry Fuel
« on: January 29, 2022, 07:18:32 PM »
Just been given a bottle of Wynns Dry Fuel.  Has anyone ever used it ?   supposed to do the following

Absorbs water from the fuel tank.
Cleans fuel injectors.
Protects against rust and corrosion.
Prevents carburettor and fuel filter icing.

Aye Rufus,

Never used the stuff.

Briggs & Stratton fuel stabiliser works, as does the Castrol Valvemaster and Valvemaster plus. or the Millers Oils EPS.

However, I still prefer to drain the tanks (steel, unlined) if the machine is not going to be used for at least 6 to 8 weeks.

Good health, Bill

Thanks Bill, might as well give it a go, luckily I only have one bike out of four that never gets used,

I've used it.  Deals with small amounts of water.  Seems to make it miscible so it burns off.
