Title: my new years resolution... getting fit

seems i'm a trifle unfit, so i have started a regime of pushbike mondays, a run on wednesdays, and a few lengths of the pool on fridays.

bit late getting up this morning, rushed off to the pool, got changed, no-one looking so thought i'd have a sneaky wee in the pool, life guard (who i hadn't seen) shouted at me ..... bloody hell! i nearly fell in ....
