Title: Classy Thumpette!
Post by: themoudie on January 04, 2023, 10:41:59 PM
I have a fondness for this, even though my physique and current state of "crock", might not allow the fully prone riding position!  ;)

😁😁...love it, it’s zany but still in a (semi) practical way. Yes I also think I’d struggle to get in that position to ride it properly. Still love though 😁
Thanks for posting Bill
Cheers, Michael

You have to admire Rollie Free for not recognising how delicate skin is compared to tarmac at over 100mph!

Salt (Bonneville) may be even worse....... In fact it was over 150mph if I remember correctly.

What makes you doubt it Alex? It was well documented at the time and I remember it in my dad's copies of the Blue 'Un.
