Title: XBR 500 l/h engine casing
Post by: onthecheap on February 24, 2017, 07:49:23 PM
The left hand engine casing / cover on my motor is in perfect condition. The only problem is two of the windings inside are crispy. It is a  more than serviceable bit of kit however -
I am in the next week or so going to be taking an angle grinder, cutting disc, hacksaw etc to it as I don't need all of it !
Has anyone thrown an XBR into the scenery and cracked / broken the said casing and is in need of a good one ?
All I am going to use of the casing is the top triangle area where the clutch actuates the rest will go in the bin.
If anyone has a broken one and would like to swap it for a good one contact me as it seems a crime to trash a perfectly good casing when it could be of use to someone.
