Hi fella`s. Maybe you have, but I`ve not heard of these before and just stumbled across them on manxnet. They are over here at the moment promoting their product .... http://manx.net/tv/mt-tv/watch/80522/herald-bikes-at-festival
I think they look lovely little things, 250cc being the biggest they do at the moment but they`re looking into building a 450cc and maybe even a 700cc 8) I`ve not seen one in the flesh, but I think they look stylish, retro and great fun ... oh and pretty cheap too !! Maybe worth a look ....

Nice looking bikes, but Chinese bikes only make sense to me if they are either very cheap or have a proven reliability record and a good dealer network. They have the same hill to climb as Mash in this respect....

I'm always a bit dubious about the Chineses bikes, however I have seen one that I do very much like the look of. Not sure if it has been mentioned here before but the AJS Cadwell looks a million yen to me! You would have killed for something that looked like that at 17! It's only a 125cc but under 2 grand BUT I read recently that they may be making a 400cc version soon ... not THAT might be interesting!!

Could you fit an RFVR motor in the 'AJS Cadwell' frame? :-\
Would make the GB TT an expensive suit of "King's new clothes!", it even has spoked wheels! :o
Out to fix a "coffee grinder" motor! :-X
My regards, Bill

I tried a Mash about a year ago and quite liked it but at nearly £4,000 on the road far too expensive for what it is. I look forward to used models of them and the other Chinese bikes coming on the market after a couple of years. I don't expect their residuals will bee very high.
