Title: Suzuki SP370 Parts?

Does anyone know if any parts are interchangeable for an SP370? Mainly the forks and tank? I would guess the SP400 parts are the same and maybe the DR400 forks but all these parts seem to be like hens teeth.  ??? Thanks.
