Title: r30 refresh
Post by: guest1973 on April 09, 2015, 02:33:30 PM
I bought a ccm r30 about six months ago but had no time to do much with it.
Its been stood a while but ran fine its just a bit scruffy so its been stripped down for painting. I'll hopefully start getting it back together soon.

Now that engine looks familiar, just bought an MT500. Have to learn to start it now  :-\. All comments gratefully received!

Hi Timbo

If you search the Real Classic magazine website there's an article about fitting a Mikuni carb to an MT500 and how much better it made it to start and run. I think its in the technical section.
