Title: GN carb support

Has anyone put a small air filter on a GN 250 instead of the standard air box, if so what did you do to make the carb not flex about on the manifold ? some sort of bracket looks to be needed..

Just how floppy is it? (I feel like a doctor).

Inlet "stub" in good nick?

You wanting to put a pod filter on there?

The existing rubber manifold is knackered ! so it`s very floppy Doc !   waiting for the new one, it already has a pod type filter, it is possible that it won`t need a support with new manifold , i just thought an additional support would be a good idea, suppose it may not need one, looking at photos of other modified gn`s they don`t seem to have any other support
