Title: 3VN rear disc
Post by: Sparkes on February 01, 2014, 12:23:41 PM
Afternoon All,

A question about monoshock 400 (3VN) rear discs.
Is the disc common to any other Yamaha models of the era?
I would think it may be but any information/confirmation/part numbers would be gratefully received.

   Regards,

          John.

Part number is 3SX-2582W-00 which suggests it is made specifically for the SRX. however from memory discs from many of the Yamahas of the early 90's will fit.

Steve,
The possibility of other model discs fitting seems good.
I run twin shock SRX discs on the front of my FZ750, but then anything is better than the OE vented horrors

I sense some research in my future...
