Title: Stuck Clutch Release Arm

Hi all,

I have a Suzuki Van Van with a Suzuki GN250 engine in. It runs (not yet ridden), yet whilst making up the cables and what not i found that the clutch release are wont budge? I do have a bit of a suspicion that the cable may be too long so therefore wont have enough tension?
