Hello everyone, :D
I'm new to this forum but I joined with the specific hope someone could help me with a couple of questions I have regarding rebuilding my SZR.
For starters... does anyone know why the lower/rear engine mounting brackets appear to be set too wide (by about 7mm) for the width of the engine, (have i lost a spacer between the engine bracket and frame lug?) Should I just torque the bolt up until it pushes the engine against the threaded bracket? (to align the front sprocket) Seems like alot of stress to put on that bracket, when i took the engine out of the frame (about a year ago) I discovered this bracket had a crack in it (see pic), could this be the cause?
Hope this makes sense to someone.
