Title: Fork Leg Seals for Honda XBR....

have been told by my bike shop that there is too sizes of fork leg meaning two sizes of fork seals is this true ....??

As far as I know the fork assembly remained the same right through the model run.

Standard seal is 35-48-11. Refil 283cc of  either ATF or SAE10 fork oil. Seperating the fork tube/ lower leg can be a bit if a bu99er even when you've undone the lower leg bolts( :-[). A length of zinc plated scaffold tube is just the right size to use as a slide hammer to drive the new seals home. 

When you re-assemble, if you lower the front end through the yorks by 1/2 inch it quickens up the steering.
