Can I just say that this rally was a bloody delight last year and you'd be mad to miss it.

Thanks GC
I totally agree, it is a cracking weekend, lots of great bikes and guys.
Things went a bit wayward when my buddy on his kettle decided to run over a dog and ended up killing the dog, wrecking his bike and ribs in the process. A lesson learnt in not having a back up plan. This year hopefully no such events, but we will have it covered this time all the same.
Hope to see you there.
See u in the Dragon.

Hi Guys,
Just want to add my support for this excellent rally. I attended last year on my XT and it was a great weekend, well organised, great location, lots of nice XTs, good ride out (except the GT750 and the dog scenario but hey ho it happens), lots of good food etc. etc. XT Will and his mates puts loads and loads of effort into organising this event and making it a success.
To endorse what Graham says it was a cracking weekend last year and promises to be the same this year.
I plan to be there on my Tenere again this year, so support it if you can guys!!!
Cheers
Brad XT
P.S. Looking forward to seeing Ifors polished Norton!

Richard, It'll will be ok to come along to this event, as for becoming a thumper club member your guess is as good as mine, I've been posting on here for a couple of years and turning up at all the events but nobody seems to want to collect any subs so count your registration as becoming a member until someone decides to do something about it.
Do you have an XT?

Hi Mark
Thank's for that, yes have 2 XT600e's one in bits an one on the go. Planning a trip to Europe in Sept, not sure which countries to put on the list yet?? Somewhere with hills and sun??
I met club members and got a membership form at a bike show about 7 or 8 years ago, but did nothing about it, well I think I remember it that way. There was a nice SR500 on display can't remember the other bikes there, but I did get an invite to a meet up and camp somewhere???
So just turn up then?? I live in south Wales so not very far for me.
Cheers Richard

Just got back from here, what a cracking event.
Top organisation by Will and Bob,we were all well catered for.
Helped out by the weather and the international turnout the Saturday rideout up the Elan valley was glorious.
It was good to see Trevor, Crusty, Ifor and Brad from the TC along with the group of Derby boys who were with us at Llanthony, there was also a cameo appearance of Dave22.

As Mark said, a great weekend away. Good company, good weather and a fantastic run around Mid Wales.
This was the first longish run for the new thumper and I really enjoyed it, although the nights were sodding cold. Good to see some old friends and make some new ones. Roll on the next one!
