Title: Pretty in Pink!

So the SLR 650.  It is a lovely bike and I am happy with it in most respects.  Main exeption is the saddle. It is a Pink/Purple Gurly style thing and it grates in my eyes!

Is there any way of recolouring it without having colour runs in the wet, I assume dying it would do that?
Are there any companies that would sell me a standard seat in Black?
Anybody on here got a decent one to sell?

I could get the OEM part for £257-00 :o

Anybody know a decent, but cheap, reupholstering place?

guy in the katana club is a former upholsterer for aston martin, he has a reputation for recovering seats, and doing a bloody good job, any material you like. he has been charging members about 70-80 quid to recover the seat for a katana
