Hiya
I've had a Predator on my XBR since I got it. It's never had a stop fitted for the centre stand though. When you flip the stand up it just sort of hangs and flaps about a bit. If you push it up or go over a big bump or whatever, the stand bounces up and clacks against the torque arm. It's not really a big problem but it's not ideal. I've just popped the stand off for a cleanup and a coat of paint so I thought I'd get round to cobbling up some sort of stopper for it. I was just wondering what the genuine Predator one was like and where it's fitted etc. Anybody got one they could describe to me or even post a photo up, please?
Thanks,
Dave B

KirriePete has swapped his for a robust Vtwin, ??? but we know where his heart is really. ;) He just needs to accomodate himself and his dearly beloved on a more commodious form of 2 wheeled transport, so that domestic harmony reigns. I'm sure he'll be along soon with some pearls of wisdom if they are to be had. Tay freshwater ones, of course! ;D
Rattled your windows on Tuesday night Pete, but it was late, so I didn't stop by. ("Thank goodness" he say!)
