Title: XBR 500 problems
Post by: g3lscfs on November 30, 2006, 07:00:52 PM
Help please. I have just purchased an XBR with an intermittent tacho fault. As the engine runs well (apart from noise from the cam drive area) my thinking is that the pulse counter may be the problem. With this item disconnected it has a reading of only 2 ohms where the manual states this should be between 420 and 520 ohms. Has anyone experienced this irritating problem. ( wiring and connections  are all good)

Hi

I am in the middle/muddle of fixing a similar fault - see earlier posting from me about a week ago
