The show is being organised for the 9th May 2010 at the new  of  Whitchurch High School in Cardiff.

I'm quite happy to act as a point of contact for any members who may wish to exhibit. However to avoid any confusion members shoulds submit their own forms in the first instance. This means that it will be the individuals responsibility to collect any expenses that they may be eligible for, thereby avoiding the need to fart about with money afterwards.

I have spoken to Tony Thomas from the VJMC who is aware of the club and welcomes a stand.

We will need to highlight on the entries,however, that bikes are to be exhibited as a Thumper Club entry.
I'm looking for half a dozen machines to provide a cross section of members machines and a few members to staff the stand over the weekend. Any ideas regarding a possible theme to the stand will be welcomed but nothing outlandish and costly please.
The show could also provide the focus for a club run /get together. There is no camping.

Sharon (well it is nearly Sunday),

I will be at the Thundersprint (pending an accepted entry) that weekend so although the show is less than a mile from home I will be in Cheshire at the time. If all falls into the mire i'll be in touch. I  am away at Mols family celebrations next week till Wednesday so am not available for the pluff Tues night, give Steffan my regards.

Dont have a Thumper but can offer arsesitance if required !
Could put Steffans Engine on the stand if I still have it  ;D

If I'm in the country ::) and as i can see the hall where the bikes will be displayed i might just stick the outfit on show,that's bound to generate more interest than a boring one cylinder wonder :D :o,Oh no not on the TC stand,that just wouldn't do :P,,and i too would be glad to help out ;)

Welcome to the happy world of organising a club event  :D :D :D

Probably best to post the question in the new year. I'd be able to man a stand if we have one... not sure I can provide an interesting bike though.  ;)
