Chaps , just a reminder Aberdare Park Road { path ! } races coming up 18/19July I believe . Well worth a look and a chance to get close to the action .Booming singles et al  ;D

Slight change of plan for me, I'll be going on the Saturday. Weather looks to be better that day.
